Ten years ago, when I was in high school, I broke my nose and it became hooked, so I went to get nose surgery. At first it was too high, like Pinocchio, and had a flashy style. After that I also had double jaw surgery, but the nose shape did not change and it was fine. The side profile line is pretty, but I’m not sure about the front view bulbous nose correction. Now, 10 years later, there are quite a few people who think it looks natural. But the nose is a bit big and flashy. I’m someone with severe appearance anxiety, but the fact that I don’t get stressed about my nose means it turned out okay, I think. I used ear cartilage, and even though I twisted and moved my nose around a lot, I didn’t get contracture. This place was also one that people came to for secondary and tertiary revisions 10 years ago.
