It's been 9 years since the surgery, and I still don't think I have any inflammation or contracture. I don't really have any discomfort after surgery. I had silicone inserted, osteotomy, and used ear cartilage for the nose tip. This hospital seems to have a very specific shape that the director pursues, and if you look through a lot of the review photos, you start to get a feel for it. It's not a natural style, but a noticeable one. Before surgery, my nose was a crushed short nose that looked like I'd been punched in the face, so I decided this hospital's style would be suitable for changing my nose. I remember it was a bit more expensive than the places I asked around at and compared with back then. Right after surgery I thought it was too high, too big, and too obvious, but as time passed it became a bit more natural. But as even more time has passed, the bridge area now seems a little more obvious, the tip seems to have lost some of its old sharpness, and it looks a bit crooked too. Still, I'm too scared to touch it again, so I'll just live with it. I also got shingles in my 20s and my immune system is truly garbage, and I'm also a heavy smoker, so the fact that I still haven't had any inflammation at all is just a relief. Anyway, among all the cosmetic surgeries I've had so far, my nose had by far the biggest before-and-after change, so I think I'm satisfied.
