The director kindly explained things while looking at the CT. They pointed out the problems with my nose and what was functionally problematic, and explained while looking inside my nose with something like a microscope. However, this was the only place that said to use autologous costal cartilage. At other places they said to use septal cartilage and, if that wasn't enough, ear cartilage, but using autologous costal cartilage on the first surgery feels burdensome.
