The clinic was conveniently located and easy to get to. Both the coordinator and the doctor were very kind and explained everything in detail, so I felt reassured from my first visit. In particular, just as I had read in the reviews, the doctor identified the area I had always been most concerned about. They carefully explained, pointing it out with their hands, how the overall harmony of my face would change if that area were corrected, and I immediately gained confidence in them. The plan was personalized.
