First, the desk staff were extremely unfriendly. The director was very kind and explained things in detail. After reviewing the CT, they said osteotomy was unnecessary, but I am concerned about their suggestion to use rib cartilage for septal correction. My airway is narrow, so functional nasal surgery is the priority; I worry that support with rib cartilage could narrow my airway further. I voiced my concerns about correcting my crooked nose, and I trusted them more because they plainly said a 100% correction of a crooked nose would be difficult. I liked the consultation, but the staff were so unfriendly, and the clinic lobby was too chaotic.
