There was no waiting because I had made an appointment. The hospital was close to the station and clean, and the information-desk staff and consultation manager were very kind. After an eye CT scan, I consulted with the director, with hardly any waiting. He said he would widen the area exactly as I wanted, and his specific explanation of how many millimeters were possible, together with his confidence, was convincing. He also explained anything else I was concerned about, aftercare, and the recovery period, then took additional questions before ending the consultation. At other hospitals they do not write down the consultation details separately, but the manager recorded everything well.
