I went for a consultation about non-implant rhinoplasty. It was decided neatly as tip + nasolabial angle correction + columella correction. The director made a 3D model from the CT scan and explained the surgery method visually, which I liked. They correctly understood what I wanted and said it was possible, and they also said that osteotomy and nostril reduction were not necessary from their perspective, which made me trust them even more. They were very confident. But there aren't many surgery reviews, and some of them are very negative, so I'm worried..
