I had alar reduction and tip surgery. First of all, it was surprising that there was almost no pain after the surgery, but I remember my arm hurting a lot during anesthesia. What was disappointing was that, except for seeing the director right before surgery on the day of the operation, I didn't get a consultation with the director before going in, so in the end I wasn't satisfied with the shape and I'm planning revision surgery at another clinic. The consultation manager was very professional and the consultation was quite deep, but for some reason there was a very seasoned.. unique feeling, so going to the clinic didn't exactly put me at ease.. I recommend it for people who are only doing alar reduction..
