During the consultation they helped resolve my concerns, and I could feel their professionalism, so my expectations for the surgery became extremely high. I even thought, "Ah, if it’s this doctor, I can trust them," and I was very satisfied with the consultation. The consultant was kind too, and there was absolutely no pressure!!
