About 7 years ago, when miso was in style, I spent a lot of money and had it done. At first the shape looked so stylish and pretty, but it left a severe scar from alar reduction, and the miso threads were removed later when I had nose surgery. It was expensive.. and in any case, the scar and scar tissue were severe, and they still haven't gone away.
