I had a consultation with the chief director, and as soon as he came in, instead of explaining anything he first asked if I had any questions. I hadn’t been given any explanation, but since I had no questions I asked basic ones, and he answered vaguely and told me to ask the counselor, so I waited there for nothing. I’m not sure if it’s right for the counselor to be the one explaining the surgery method. I don’t feel any trust at all, so I don’t think I can get surgery here.
