I went with my mom and booked a consultation with the chief director. I said I was worried about lower eyelid surgery and eye wrinkles, but the consultation manager kept randomly going on about bridge-of-the-nose wrinkles and recommended a forehead lift.. Even during the chief director consultation, they were only focused on promoting forehead lift before-and-after results. While the chief director was consulting, the consultation manager kept jumping in from the side, which was really awkward. I passed right away.
