This was the first hospital I went to for a consultation after deciding on nose surgery. The doctor personally consulted with me first, accurately identified my weaknesses, and explained in detail how the surgery should be done and how I would change afterward. He said I would need septal cartilage and silicone, and if the septal cartilage was not enough, donor rib cartilage would be necessary. What is disappointing is that there is no way to know in advance whether donor rib cartilage will be needed. And the consultation manager was really, really kind and explained everything in a calm, gentle way.
