I had it done a few years ago using the septum and ear cartilage. After 10 minutes of sedation, I was under local anesthesia and on the operating table for about 1 hour? 30 minutes, and I was terrified. It didn't hurt, but blood was flowing and I was fully awake, so I did the nose surgery okay enough, but because of the swelling I thought it was gradually going down.. It was actually just the septum and ear cartilage being gradually absorbed. The bulbous nose wasn't fixed either.. I got a revision somewhere else.
