It’s been over 3 years since my surgery. I had functional nose surgery with 3 procedures + no implant, and because I had a slight hump nose, I laid down a thin layer of donated dermis, but maybe because it was too natural from the start, it was all absorbed within two or three months, and as the tip came down, there’s now a step, so my nose became even more humped than my original nose (and the most important part, the functional improvement, got even worse than before^^)
