This was my third nose surgery. It wasn’t bad, but I wanted to raise it a little more, so I got the brush-off. The director said raising it any more would ruin the balance and told me to think about it again, saying I’d end up looking like Pinocchio if it got any higher. I liked that they put the patient first over money.
