I liked that they honestly said when something was difficult. I have a bulbous nose and a low bridge, and I wanted something flashy too. I felt like this place matched that kind of style. They told me which parts should be improved with silicone on the bridge and donated rib cartilage for the tip, and which parts did not necessarily need to be done.
