The consultation staff forgets things often, and it seems like communication doesn't work. Because of that, the price changes every time, which makes me lose trust. I did about four KakaoTalk consultations, and all four times they asked what surgery I wanted.. If they looked at the chat or the chart, it should be there, but they still have to ask. Even when I told them, they would say something like, "Wasn't it ~~?" but it was wrong. The consultation interval isn't even long, it's basically the next day. They keep pressing for money, it's so exhausting that I'm leaving this review. Their aesthetic is rather unusual, so they may also recommend surgeries you don't want, just for reference. When they answer the phone, they keep saying "yeah yeah, yeah yeah," so sensitive people should know that. The director seems okay, but the consultation staff overall don't seem malicious, just tactless. I said I wanted something natural and they said it was possible, so I decided to have surgery. But after the consultation, regardless of the hospital's skill, I started doubting my expectations and the surgery itself, and I no longer feel like going through with it.
