I had surgery about 5 years ago, and I think the cheek fat has gone down quite a lot. It came down a bit asymmetrically, so I don’t really like the shape of my left cheek Still, it’s not too bad overall. Maybe about 4 stars.. The fat graft didn’t take, and almost all of it disappeared
