I had a second round of breast fat grafting here. First off, before surgery my size was 75C, and after the surgery there was no change in cup size. It was just like a normally filled C becoming a slightly fuller C..? If anything, the recovery of the area where fat was taken out was more satisfying, so you shouldn't expect too much from fat grafting But that's not really a problem with the surgeon's skill, because you have to factor in that breast fat grafting has a low retention rate from the start.. But while getting surgery here all the way through the second round, I never once had a follow-up check with the director, and I could only even meet him when designing before surgery. Consultations were only with the manager, and even though I asked to have a separate consultation with the director on the day of surgery, for some reason it wasn't passed along and I couldn't consult at all before just going straight into the operating room; I know they're busy as a one-doctor clinic, but individual care does seem lacking compared with other clinics. The staff are kind, and there are a lot of Japanese patients. I'm planning to do my third round at another clinic^^ It seems like the price keeps going up, and if you do PRP/stem cells, the price goes up quite a lot.
