They seemed busy, but they answered everything I was curious about. They were calm, and I liked that they showed me my nose shape directly in Photoshop so I could see it with my own eyes. I don't know the details, but it seems they only use basic materials like silicone and ear cartilage, which I like. I have a dislike for other miscellaneous materials.
