The director looked a little tired, but explained everything in detail. The Photoshop mock-up was fascinating too,,,, And when I go for a consultation, there are plenty of places where I feel like I'm actually there to get a surgical consultation from the manager, but here the distinction was really clear, or maybe that's how I should put it. I liked that part. The director handled all the surgery-related details, and the manager explained the simple stuff and the prices well enough. So I could come and go without any back-and-forth over pressure to pay a deposit.
