I had zygoma reduction and side zygoma muscle reduction (?) done in February. I went to a hospital that could do the side and back zygoma, and my satisfaction is 70 points. Only one side was properly reduced, and the other side had almost no effect. The side that did get reduced has some cheek sagging. Still, I am satisfied overall, but the cleanliness of the operating room was not great and the aftercare was also not great. Still, there don't seem to be many hospitals that can properly do the side and back zygoma, so there aren't many options.
