I had hump nose surgery without an implant. I was satisfied overall. The before-and-after photos were also the design I wanted, and while the surgery cost wasn’t cheap, it wasn’t bad. The nurses, manager, and everyone at the hospital were kind and nice. The director was kind too. I hope my nose turns out into the shape I was expecting!
