I had a consultation booked, but on the day of the visit, they called me two hours before and unilaterally asked if I could come earlier than the reserved time because of the doctor's schedule, and then basically threatened me by saying that if I couldn't arrive exactly on time, I might not be able to have the consultation. I got upset and didn't go. If a hospital ignores appointments and changes the time however it wants based on its own situation, it'd be a disaster to have surgery there. At the very least, they should respect patients and show basic courtesy before asking to operate or make money.
