The doctor consulted me sincerely, so I was happy. I have a bulbous nose with a high bridge, and he said it would be right to do it without implants and that it would probably be enough to remove some fat. He said because my skin is thick, it probably wouldn't change dramatically, and that actually made me trust him more.

The cost seemed way too expensive.. The doctor seemed busy, and mostly the manager explained things in detail. There was no CT scan or taking face photos, and the doctor judged based on looking at my face. The clinic was on the small side.
