I had nose surgery without implants a year ago. My nose had always been a complex for me because it was low, but I was worried about side effects from silicone, so after the consultation I only had the tip done with septal cartilage. During the first month, the tip’s presence was clearly noticeable and there was a change, but after about two months it almost returned to how it was before.. Even in real life there’s no difference, and in photos it looks exactly the same. The director did say after the surgery was finished that it couldn’t be raised much, but I didn’t expect there to be this little change. I’m now looking into clinics for revision surgery, and they say the tip has shifted slightly to the left (it’s also slightly visible in photos, though not noticeable when looking at it in person). Before surgery, the tip was straight, but after surgery it shifted slightly.. I regret not looking more carefully before doing it.
