She said that because my nose is low and looks spread out, raising the height would naturally solve the alar issue, and she consulted kindly and in great detail. Maybe because she is a female doctor, I felt like we communicated well, and it was a comfortable atmosphere where I could ask all the questions I had prepared, from the bridge height, the starting point between the eyes, cartilage grafting methods for the tip, side effects, and other things. The AS period is 1 year, and they said they only charge the anesthesia fee. Because my nose is low, she recommended autologous costal cartilage plus ear cartilage instead of septal cartilage, and I can't have surgery right away, but if I do, I think I would consider it.
