I booked a consultation and went because a YouTuber had surgery with Director Song and did well, and then I looked into Grace and heard that Director Lee Gyu-ho is good at revision surgery. Since it was my first nose surgery, I thought there must be a reason why he is good at revisions. I searched YouTube too, and because he seemed soft-spoken, kind, and good at explaining things, I had really high expectations, but I was disappointed with the consultation. It just didn't suit my style. It seemed like he has a lot of pride in nostril lowering, and instead of explaining the problems with my nose, he mainly showed me the past nostril-lowering surgeries he had done. For columellar base correction? Other places seem to use cartilage, but here he said they insert silicone the size of a pinky fingernail. I asked, 'If you put silicone in the bridge and also in the philtrum area, wouldn’t that be dangerous?? Are there no side effects??' and he said, 'Is that your medical opinion? Or is it a shamanic opinion?' and I was like, huh??? Nose surgery side effects usually happen with silicone, so I was scared because they said they would put it in the philtrum too, so I askedㅜㅡㅜ My nose currently has filler + Hi-Fu from 2 years ago, and when I asked, 'After dissolving the filler, about how many mm of silicone would go in?' they said, 'How would I know?'... Hmm.. I asked the doctor because I didn’t know, but when the doctor also says they don’t know... For me it was a hospital without confidence. They said they only do one surgery a day, and it seems like they only do autologous rib cartilage surgeries. I came up from out of town, so I’m writing this in detail in case it helps people who are searching around.
