I originally went for a consultation planning to have only double-eyelid surgery and medial canthoplasty. But after looking at my eyes, the doctor recommended adding an upper canthoplasty, saying the crease would look much more natural and defined. Honestly, at first I wondered whether medial canthoplasty alone would be enough, but I liked the doctor's aesthetic sense and could tell during the consultation that they really understood eyes well, so I decided to trust them and had medial and upper canthoplasty together. The result is far beyond my expectations, and I absolutely love it. I realized the doctor really understands eyes because the crease was shaped beautifully and clearly, without any feeling of heaviness. The difference is so great that I wonder what I would have done if I hadn't added the upper canthoplasty. I'm very satisfied because the surgery was done perfectly for my eyes.
