I went there on a recommendation from someone I know, and the director, having such long experience, explained the structure of the eyes in great detail from the start. They also explained well whether I had a line I wanted first, and what method would be best to make it suit my eyes, including how many millimeters to raise the line. Overall, it was a satisfying consultation.
