I had epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery. They said if I made the double eyelid line too large I’d get sausage eyes, but I think my face suited it better when I had swelling, so I wish I had asked for a bigger line. I had the epicanthoplasty because it was recommended at the time, but now I regret it. Still, it feels like it turned out stable and well.
