First of all, the director is kind and confident, and everyone on the staff except one person is rather blunt and unfriendly... Even if you arrive at the scheduled time, you have to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour every time. Honestly, the cost was way too high, but if you are worried about scars, it might be worth a consultation. After an external surgery, I was left with a deep scar on my face, so I had laser scar removal three times. For now, three sessions did not make the scar disappear completely, but it became much smaller and lighter. I want just one more session, but the cost is so high compared to the size of the scar (12 million won for one additional session) that I stopped there. It’s so expensive that I’m considering getting treated at another clinic with the same equipment. The director was satisfied with my progress and said the scar had become much smaller... During the first laser session, I applied anesthetic cream and waited, then got some kind of stem cell injection? I’m not exactly sure what it was, but I received an injection and then the laser treatment. Even with anesthesia, it hurt very, very much. A week later I went back to the clinic, had one more different kind of simple...? laser treatment, and then checked the progress. After a short LED light treatment, I was discharged, and that was the whole process for one session. I did laser treatment once a month like that, so it took a total of 3 months. The precautions for laser treatment were... never touch the scab formed from dried blood, and eat well and sleep well. The staff are definitely not especially kind, and the director is... a good person, but he seems to scold patients a bit and has a very strong personality. Also, this wasn’t something the clinic said, but after the scab fell off, during the recovery period when I could use makeup on my skin, I applied scar ointment diligently and massaged lightly. I think that may have helped the outcome even more, so I recommend ointment and massage.
