I went for a consultation for revision surgery for a deviated, pinched nose with septal extension and lateral osteotomy. As soon as he looked at my nose, he said it would be better to do osteotomy restoration. Honestly, other hospitals mostly told me they couldn't do osteotomy restoration and to just live with it, so hearing that it was possible gave me hope. He said that rather than simply making the nose higher, it was important to put it properly where it should be, and that he seems to prefer a natural-looking nose. He said he could open up the pinched nose through cartilage repositioning, and he showed me photos of cases similar to mine and clearly explained what could and couldn't be done. He explained the nose structure in depth, and although he wasn't very gentle, I actually liked that he spoke clearly. For those who want a natural-looking nose, I think it's worth getting a consultation.
