It was refreshing because the hospital really felt like a genuine neighborhood clinic. The consultation manager also felt like a neighborhood clinic manager. I went because they were said to be famous for revision surgery, and they explained things kindly and well, and were very, very honest, which made the atmosphere cheerful. There had been warping problems even among their own surgery patients, but they said they had been paying attention to that in recent operations, and they hadn’t had such patients for the past few months.
