If I mention the parts I want, they try to do it within that range. After the consultation with the director, I had another consultation with the manager about the price and other details based on that. Both of them were reasonably kind, and even though I went near the end of the workday, there was no part where they seemed annoyed, so the atmosphere made it easy to ask everything I wanted to ask. That was good. But after looking around other places, I mainly heard that the nostrils should either not be touched at all or should only be corrected minimally, but here it seemed like they do procedures that involve the nostrils, so I hesitated.
