I went for consultation for nostril reduction and nose surgery, but even though I had booked with the director, it was the short-haired consultation manager? who handled the consultation. She just said in a brief sentence that this is how it goes, and then kept looking at and filing her nails. It felt like she had no interest at all, and I wondered if it was because I went alone and I’m young. I went after reading reviews to meet the director, but the consultation took less than 2 minutes and I left.
