It's already been 12 years since I had my nose surgery They put in Gore-Tex, and for the tip they used AlloDerm and ear cartilage, and even took out the septal cartilage to do one A/S revision for me. It turned out so natural that, to put it positively, it didn't show and just made me look a bit prettier; to put it negatively, it really didn't show at all So I lived well with it. But after 10 years, the tip started to droop again.... I'm going back for another consultation~
