I had lip corner surgery, and there is a bit of scarring. I'm not 100% happy with the shape. But I don't look like the Joker, and I don't regret having the surgery that much. The doctor seems kind, but also not kind. I'm very worried about the scar. The scar and the shape are a bit disappointing, but even if I had done it somewhere else, I think there would still have been something disappointing.
