I had nose surgery 10 years ago, and the silicone is bent. The columella is also bent. When I went to other hospitals for revision-surgery consultations, they said it was true that the silicone had been inserted crookedly, and even though I clearly thought only the septal ear cartilage was used, I received diagnoses from two places that there was a high possibility that materials like Medpor or donated rib cartilage were additionally used instead of autologous cartilage. And even during the surgery itself, when I think back, when I went into the operating room there were several beds hidden behind curtains....
