As time went by, my nose got a bit crooked My nostrils also became uneven Looks like the correction didn't work out I'm glad I didn't get alar reduction too, that could've been a disaster Maybe I raised the tip too much too, because after two years the silicone is slightly showing through I need to look into revision surgery, I'm sad
