I went because there were a lot of good reviews in the cafe. I'm thin and have almost no breasts, so I wanted to make them big, but.. when the doctor looked at me, they honestly said that because my frame is small to begin with, if I made the size too large, the edges might show and it could look unattractive, which made sense. They recommended a size that fits my body type, and said that if I had the surgery, I'd probably end up around a full B cup and that it would look sufficiently large to the eye, so I'd be satisfied, which made me think it'd be okay. I thought this was a trustworthy clinic because the doctor seemed like an honest type.
