Even famous places can have one of the staff members or the director be rude, but here everyone seemed kind. If you say it's a breast consultation, I thought they would just recommend an implant, give a brief explanation, and be done with it, but they looked at everything systematically and went into consultation in detail, so I was surprised. The consultation with the director was good too, but when I was talking with the manager, I thought of course they would recommend the most expensive implant when it came to cost. Instead, it didn't feel like they were strongly pushing just one option, since they explained the pros and cons of each.
