Speaks honestly and professionally. For breast surgery, the three most important things are size, shape, and incision scar, and they talked about all of that openly and clearly without holding anything back. It was nice that they didn't just say the expensive option is always better, but instead suggested what would suit my body. The consultation atmosphere itself was comfortable, so I didn't feel much pressure when asking questions and could ask everything comfortably.
