The director and the manager were all kind and nice. The director wasn't the type with super high energy, but I felt he explained things calmly and well in a quiet tone. I was worried I'd end up with breasts that looked too obviously operated on, but they really considered how someone like me with a very flat chest should have the design and size done, while also looking at my skin type, ribcage size, and everyday habits, so I liked that they were so thorough. The aftercare and safety system also seemed well organized, so it felt reassuring.
