After the consultation, what I felt was that it matched exactly with the recent low-rated consultation post. The consultation time is a bit shorter than other places, and the waiting time is twice as long. I know they’re proud of their skills and have the experience to be confident, but because of that I can’t tell how much of what I want they can actually do. They keep cutting me off during the consultation, and the doctor mainly talks about what he wants to say. The manager subtly pushes for same-day booking, and seeing how the price changes so drastically depending on whether you write a review or not made me trust them even less. Even during consultation it was like that, so if something goes wrong after surgery, I wonder whether they’d really admit it and take responsibility. I don’t want to choose them as a surgery hospital.
