The doctor had a slightly scary vibe.. And maybe because the writer is young (still an adult though), he kept talking informally^^ Looking at the before-and-after photos, it seems like he is good at surgery, but he said that if the ear cartilage is removed the ear can look squashed, and that he does not do sedation anesthesia because it's dangerous.
