The doctor consulted me very carefully. He explained in detail how the surgery would be done and how it would improve things. On the other hand, the manager somewhat gave the feeling of just memorizing fixed lines over and over. She was kind, though. I was disappointed that I couldn't find any reviews at all about the surgery I had consulted about.
