The director explains things in detail and well. They looked at my eyes in a way that fit me perfectly and explained all sorts of things, so it strongly felt like they were making me understand everything clearly. It didn’t seem like there was any over-surgery. But the manager didn’t seem especially kind, and it felt like they only answered exactly what I asked.
