Both the manager and the doctor were kind, and the doctor seemed to have pride in his own skill. The manager was the kindest among the hospitals I've been to, and explained the implant in the most detail, so I learned a lot. If I go through the lower-line method, they say the incision can be minimized so it won't show very much.
